Tan Sri Azlan Zainol

Tan Sri Azlan Zainol, 60, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 12 January 2005. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales), Certified Public Accountants Malaysia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Tan Sri Azlan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Employees Provident Fund (EPF), since April 2001. Prior to joining EPF, he was the Managing Director of AmBank Berhad from 1994 to 2001, AmFinance Berhad from 1982 to 1994, director for several subsidiaries of AmBank Group from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, he was a partner with Messrs BDO Binder.
He is the Chairman of RHB Bank Berhad, member of the Board of RHB Capital Berhad, RHB Investment Bank Berhad, Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited, MCL Land Limited, Commonwealth African Investments Limited (COMAFIN), and Member of The International Social Security Association (ISSA). |

Datuk Mohamed Razeek Hussain

Datuk Mohamed Razeek Hussain, 52, a Malaysian, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MRCB on 1 December 2009. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of The South Bank, London, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia.
He began his career in an engineering consultant firm in London in the late 1970s and later in the 1980s upon returning to Kuala Lumpur, he joined a local engineering consulting firm. In 1985, he joined Sime UEP Berhad, before moving on to Land & General Group of Companies in 1991 and later was appointed as Executive Director of Land & General Berhad in 1999.
Datuk Razeek later joined Eastern & Oriental (E & O) Property Development Berhad as the Project Director in September 2003 where he oversaw the development of commercial, residential and seafront development in the Klang Valley and Penang island worth more than RM3 billion in gross development value (GDV).
In August 2008, Datuk Razeek joined Damac Properties Co. as the Senior Vice President and was based in Dubai, UAE and Cairo, Egypt where he oversaw the development of over 9,000 acres of mixed development land for leisure, commercial and residential including the largest retail cum office complex in Cairo known as the Park Avenue in Sheikh Zayed City.
Back in Malaysia in June 2009, Datuk Razeek joined Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) taking charge of MRCB’s Property and Engineering & Construction Divisions.
Datuk Razeek has over 26 years experience in property development projects, including integrated commercial and residential as well as township developments in Malaysia and internationally. |

Shahril Ridza Ridzuan

| Shahril Ridza Ridzuan, 40, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 9 August 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (1st Class) from Oxford University, England, a Master of Arts (1st Class) from Cambridge University, England and has been called to the Malaysian Bar and the Bar of England and Wales.
Shahril was a Legal Assistant at Zain & Co. from 1994 to 1996. From 1997 to 1998, he was the Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Trenergy (M) Berhad/Turnaround Managers Inc (M) Sdn Bhd. He subsequently joined Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to August 2001, he was a Executive Director of SSR Associates Sdn Bhd.
Shahril also sits on the Boards of Media Prima Berhad, The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.
He is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Investment Division of Employees Provident Fund (EPF). |

Dato' Abdul Rahman Ahmad

Dato' Abdul Rahman Ahmad, 41, a Malaysian was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 9 August 2001. He holds a Master of Arts from Cambridge University, England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales.
Dato' Abdul Rahman was a Assistant Manager at Arthur Andersen, London from 1992 to 1996, after which he held the position of Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Trenergy (M) Berhad/Turnaround Managers Inc Sdn Bhd until 1999. He subsequently joined Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad as Unit Head from 1999 to 2000 and went on to become an Executive Director of SSR Associates Sdn Bhd until August 2001. Dato' Abdul Rahman was the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of MRCB from August 2001 until September 2003. From October 2003 until August 2009 he is Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Media Prima Berhad.

Dato’ Ahmad Ibnihajar, 60, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 27 September 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Economic (Business Administration) and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Logistic & Transport.
Dato’ Ahmad was a Forex Dealer/Portfolio Manager of Malayan Banking Berhad, London from 1976 to 1979. From 1980 to 1984, he was a Manager of Malayan Banking Berhad, Genting Highlands Branch and Balik Pulau Branch. He was a Director of United Traders Securities Sdn Bhd from 1984 to 1991 and was an Executive Director of WM Svene-Nor JV Sdn Bhd from 1991 to 1993 and Director of Taiping Securities Sdn Bhd from 1995 to 1998.
Dato’ Ahmad is currently the Managing Director of Penang Port Sdn Bhd and Chairman of D'nonce Technology Berhad. |

Che King Tow, 56, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 24 June 2009. He is a member of the Real Estate Housing Developers' Association of Malaysia (REHDA) - committee member of the Selangor Branch, Member of Institute of Estate Agents, Malaysia and member of FIABCI Malaysia.
Che King Tow started in the Real Estate industry in 1980 as a Registered Real Estate Agent (Board of Valuers and Real Estate Agents) and practiced with Domain Properties Sdn Bhd. Thereupon, from 1994 to 2003, he was the Managing Director and major shareholder of Bukit Rimau Development Sdn Bhd until recently when he disposed of his interest in the company to Malton Bhd in 2002. However, he remained as a Director in the company until 2004.
He is currently the Managing Director of Jaya33 Sdn Bhd as well as the Managing Director of Tecna Resources Sdn Bhd. |

Dato' Chong Pah Aung

Dato’ Chong Pah Aung, 57, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 21 June 2011. He holds a B. Sc degree in Estate Management and fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Institution of Surveyors Malaysia respectively. He is also a Registered Valuation Surveyor and Estate Agent.
Dato’ Chong is currently a Consultant with C H Williams Talhar & Wong (“C H Williams”). He joined C H Williams in 1981 and was appointed as Partner and Director in June 1989. In January 2004, he was appointed as Senior Executive Director until his retirement in April 2009. |

Jamaludin Zakaria

Jamaludin Zakaria, 45, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of MRCB on 24 August 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Real Estates and Insurance from Arkansas State University.
He has more than 15 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having been attached with domestic and international investment banks. He is currently a Managing Director of Macquarie Capital. |
