| Scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2009, the 18km DUKE will link the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) at Jalan Duta to the Middle Ring Road II (MRRII) at Ulu Kelang in the east and Batu Caves in the north. It will feature seven interchanges and four directional lamps with advanced Traffic Information and Management System (MIS), Variable Message Signs (VMS), Central Control & Monitoring System and Electronic Tolling.

| Launched in 2008 and will be completed in May 2011. This project will disperse traffic among the main artery roads in Johor Bahru and will include a 4.4km elevated structure that will link the new Customs, Immigration & Quarantine complex at Tanjung Puteri with the North-South Expressway at the Pandan Interchange.

| At the estuary of the Melaka River, another first-of-its-kind project is underway. MRCB is appointed the contractor of the Melaka Marina, under the auspices of the Ministry of Transport (Marine Department).
Designed with a berthing capacity of 40 boats, an office building and a breakwater system, Melaka Marina is expected to meet the needs of boat users, residents and visitors to the city.
This State Government's beautification project is taking place on a 3.66-acre mainland and 14.8-acre seafront area, at the mouth of the Melaka River, off Jalan Taman Kota Laksamana 3. Construction has begun in April 2008 and is expected to be completed by the 1st quarter of 2009.
