| MRCB, in a joint-venture with Wira Kristal Sdn. Bhd. has formed Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara Timur (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (KESTURI) to design, construct, operate and maintain the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) for a 34-year concession period.
Commenced in 2005, this substantial infrastructure development project will link Jalan Duta, Hill View, Ulu Kelang and Sentul Pasar to the Karak Highway. Stretching 18km long, it is expected to be completed by early 2009.

| 100% owned by MRCB, this 34-year concession project charts a big milestone for the Group. Upon completion, this 8.1km expressway will disperse traffic in downtown Johor Bahru, as well as link the new Customs, Immigration & Quarantine complex at Tanjung Puteri with the North-South Expressway at the Pandan Interchange. |
