Part of the MRCB collection of training grounds, these teambuilding programmes are designed to develop and nurture interpersonal skills and technical competence for both management and supporting staff, at the same time, foster a feeling of camaraderie amongst our staff members.
Since May 2007, a total of 16 groups comprising upper and middle management, as well as executive and non-executive groups, have undergone teambuilding sessions at Trolak Country Resort, Perak. |
